Soldier Agreement for Jundiy Revival

Welcome to Jundiy Revival.
Before beginning your journey, please review and agree to the following terms. This document establishes a mutual understanding between you (the “Soldier”) and Jundiy Revival regarding your participation in our programs, use of our platform, and your responsibilities as a member of this brotherhood.

1. Program Overview

Jundiy Revival is a transformative platform built for Muslim men who are ready to overcome destructive habits, rebuild their discipline, and reconnect with Allah ﷻ. Our programs combine Islamic reminders, mindset training, and structured personal development designed to make you a true soldier of this Ummah.

We offer three distinct membership tiers:

Brotherhood Tier – $19/month

  • Access to an exclusive, mission-driven male community

  • Weekly challenges & discipline-building tasks

  • Community-only resources and support

Academy Tier – $29/month

  • Includes everything in Brotherhood

  • Structured step-by-step courses and video lessons

  • Accountability check-ins and guided tasks

Revival Tier – $37/month

  • Includes everything in Academy and Brotherhood

  • Access to the War Room: 24/7 mentorship and priority support

  • The highest level of personal development inside Jundiy Revival

Each soldier receives access to the Official Base, a private portal for lessons, tasks, check-ins, and communication.

2. Eligibility and Commitment

This program is for serious men only. You must meet the minimum eligibility requirements set by Jundiy Revival. Exceptions to eligibility may only be granted with written approval from Jundiy Revival leadership.

3. Content Usage

By using the Jundiy Revival platform, you grant us permission to use any content you voluntarily share or create within the program (such as testimonials, posts, comments, videos, etc.) for marketing or dawah purposes.

If you wish to exclude certain content from being used, you may submit a written request. We will respect your privacy inshaAllah.

4. Account Usage and Restrictions

Each account is uniquely assigned to one individual. To preserve the integrity of the experience:

  • Sharing your account is strictly prohibited

  • Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced

  • Unauthorized use or distribution may lead to immediate account termination and potential legal action

5. Payments and Subscription Access

Your subscription grants you access to the Jundiy Revival platform based on your selected tier:

  • Brotherhood Tier: $19/month

  • Academy Tier: $29/month

  • Revival Tier: $37/month

All payments are billed on a recurring monthly basis. If payment fails:

  • You will be granted a 28-day grace period to settle your dues

  • After this period, your account will be suspended until payment is made

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only if the following conditions are met:

  • A written request is submitted via email within 14 days of initial enrollment

  • You have not progressed beyond Lesson 2 of the structured program

Requests outside of this policy or after Lesson 2 will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, visuals, resources, documents, and exercises provided by Jundiy Revival are protected intellectual property. You may not download, distribute, reproduce, or teach any of our material without explicit written permission.

8. Code of Conduct

As a soldier of Jundiy Revival, you are expected to act with discipline, brotherhood, and Islamic character. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Disrespectful or vulgar language

  • Causing division or attacking others in the community

  • Posting content that contradicts Islamic values

Any violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

9. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged again

  • Late cancellations (within 7 days of the billing date) will apply to the next month and will not be refunded

  • Retroactive or partial-month refunds will not be issued

10. Agreement Duration

This agreement remains valid from the date of your registration and continues until:

  • You cancel your subscription, or

  • You are removed from the program by Jundiy Revival

Any changes to these terms will be communicated in advance and will require your continued agreement to remain in the program.

11. Limitation of Liability

Jundiy Revival provides educational and developmental resources. We are not responsible for any personal, financial, emotional, or physical outcomes that occur as a result of participation. You engage with this program voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your growth and implementation.

12. Acknowledgment of Agreement

By enrolling and checking the agreement box, you confirm that:

- You have read and understood the terms of this agreement

- You are fully committed to the mission and responsibilities of a Jundiy soldier

- You accept all payment, conduct, and usage terms outlined above
